Our company has a simple refund policy. Since we’re a small startup brand, most of our products are usable items such as candles, incense sticks, etc. We don’t offer refunds on those items. Should you be unsatisfied with the ‘Cards for Spiritual Guidance’, we will refund your money for the Set of Cards only. The customer will, however, be responsible for mailing back the cards at their own expense. In the event that you are unsatisfied with any of our products, our team will work with you to resolve the issue. In our philosophy, we strive to create unique, durable, and high-quality products.
You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel an entire bundle order after it has been shipped, received, and unopened. In addition, you must return the goods to us intact and in their original packaging as soon as possible, at your own cost and risk. The goods are your legal responsibility while in your possession; if they are not returned intact, we may be able to seek compensation from you. All returned goods are subject to this policy.
For a FULL REFUND of Spiritual Guidance Cards, you have up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. You will be compensated for the original value of the cards once the product has been received and inspected. We will process your refund if it is due to you as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
